Q: Can I sue a towing company for denying service?

I ran out of gas, luckily at a gas station, and my debit card wasn't working and I didn't have cash or anyone to call so I called AAA and they called a person to come. The people who where suppose to come called me and said that they weren't going to come because I was at a gas station and that I need to call my card company and fix the problem. Keep in mind that this is at night time so the card operators are not there. So basically my question is, Can I sue them for leaving me stranded after they where contacted by AAA?
