Q: Is it ok to take signatures from old work orders and paste them into current ones in order to bill a customer?
There are people at my work that have been instructed to do this so that customers can be billed. The customer requires a signed work order and there is no signature. A signature will be taken off an old work order and pasted onto one that has no signature.
