Q: I am under contract with a guy where I am buying a big truck because I am a truck driver and now the truck is down!
The truck is in the shop and we can't afford the 15k that it takes to get the truck out of the shop and back on the road! So my question is, what is the worse that he can do to me if we tell him that he can have his truck back?
A: S/He can force you to fulfill the terms of the agreement or the difference between your contracted terms and what he is able to get from a different buyer. That said, without seeing the contract it is difficult to say with any certainty.
