Q: HOA Parking violation
Jurisdiction: Cortina HOA in Queen Creek, AZ. Received fine for allegedly parking on a city street, NOT HOA owned. HOA does not have any homeowners' plates info and just assesses fines to home owners who have cars parked out front wether it is your car or not. HOA says they will continue to fine you until you submit your license plate information so they can know that it is not your car from now on that is parking on the street. there is no rule in the rules you sign that you must surrender your vehicle registration information and I do not want to volunteer any information. Can they continue to find me without even knowing whose car it is? HOA has been in existence prior to 2014.
