Q: I was arrested immediately following a Car accident without being treated for injuries, is this unlawful

A: You're conveniently leaving out a lot of facts. For instance, it would be helpful to know: What were you arrested for? What injuries did you sustain? What were the circumstances surrounding the accident? There is nothing inherently unlawful about arresting someone who sustained injuries and not sending them to the hospital. For instance, if you were driving under the influence, but only sustained a few bumps and bruises in the accident, then the police have every right to take you to jail rather than to a hospital. I suspect that you're grabbing at straws here.
