Q: Should I pursue legal action to have claim settled?
I was involved in an auto accident in December 2015 which totaled my vehicle. I was accused of staging the accident by the insurance company. A full investigation was done and is now completed. I didnt stage the accident. Here we are in April 2016 and as if this process hasn't been drug out long enough I am still having issues with them settling my claim. The insurance adjustor claims to be having trouble getting payout amount and copy of title. I spoke with lienholder who informed me that this information had already been sent but that it will be sent again to adjustor.
