Q: can I sue an iPhone repair store for taking parts out that are not associated with repair
Screen replaced, then was inresponsive hours later. Took it back they fixed again then, week later repeats itself. Believe I called them to fix again.. Then before I could I broke the screen dancing. Figuring they won't replace a screen I broke, I decided to take it else where. The man who disassembled my phone told me things were missing and others replaced with aftermarket parts when this was not necessary. The guy is an asshole mocks me when trying to get my money back. If he wasn't such an ass I wouldn't even worry about it. But I have in writing from the 2nd repair place what was missing. He has also told me he hears a lot of complaints from the other guy. Even went to say he has pulled a gun on someone. I want to make this guy pay, I'll pay a lil to if its possible get a refund. But if he also took parts from my phone, I want to know if I can get the full value of my phone? 600 $iPhone 6. not cheap! I told him he buys cheap screens from China, and he pointed out his 60000 truck
A: Potentially. You should seek out a local attorney to discuss the specifics of your case, the cause of action that should be filed, and how best to pursue.
