Q: how do i know overnight locator is a real company and not face the call from multiple number 914-750-4101,305-330-6291
they bean calling to my home phone the is under my boyfriend name i never give this number to no one except doctor and family they bean calling but they refused to give me there names last named or employee number. calling saying different thing , one said something about silver law suit i don't even know what is that other saying fraud and the other said number score fraud i don't understand i never have problem with the law but i suffer from identity theft i found out when me and my kids and boyfriend we was living on family shelter 2 years ago. i'm currently on disability they always check for fraud and law suit in every review. i'm not sure what to do or who to call to help me
can some please help me find out what it going on or what i need to do thanks
A: Not a lawyer question. If you are on the do not call list tell them. Probably scam artists. Unfortunately local cops ususally say call the FBI, FBI says call local cops. I suggest you start with the do not call list.
