Q: I asked my employer for a short-term disability papers so I can fill it out the following day I was brought into the

Let me Go I have been there 7 years never been in trouble or had a write up when I the office and let go i asked why I was being let go they said it was management decision when I filed for unemployment I found out that I was twoweeks short of being able to get my unemployment they have fired someone before and was sued and that person one and another employee said the company because they wouldn't pay on their vacation hours and that employee one also do i have a good enough case to follow up with an attorney

A: You should certainly sit down with a local employment law attorney. The worst that can happen is they determine they won't take the case.
