Q: I'm on trial on a in rem case I'm representing myself the police seized my property claiming that I was operating an
Illegal pawnshop and second hand store when i crossed examined the detective asking him if he has proof that I sold anything to anyone he said no I also asked him if he sent a (confidential informant) to my business and he said yes and I also asked if I or anyone in my business bought anything and he answered no . Now to me it seems that there is no proof of me operating a second hand store without a license or a pawnshop without a license.can you please give me your honest opinion about this matter thanks
