Q: kids live with me for 10 yrs never returned from visit 6months dad file custody wht county has jurisdiction no order
I dropped the kids off on Christmas EveJanuary 5th 2016 I call the kid's dad to let him know on my way to pick the kids up he said no your not your not taking the kids I just register them into School he stated that a Sacramento County judge gave him legal custody back in March of 2010 The Sacramento County in california filed charges for child support he is telling me that This judge has granted him physical,legal custody he went to court with the kids saying that he has them he said in a text i was not there, he said I was & I gave up my parental rights I never been to court in 2014 the kids went to visit their dad for Christmas in 2015 they visit again in January he never returned kids but had enrolled them in School in Oakland c,2016 he told he was having Christmas at his sister I drop them off reluctantly he never returned he has charge me money to visit he would not let me see, talk being alienated &6 months later he has filed for custody which county has jurisdiction Sacrame
