Q: I hit someone in the back of there vehicle i had no insurance and out of state license what is my situation?

No injuries, i went home to file a claim only to find out my insurance was cancelled 2 days prior and i have a different state drivers license we both exchanged information at the accident

A: First you want to save the envelope the cancel notice came in. If it was mailed a certain time it may not be valid.

Second,you need to prepare that if you can't pay for the damages to their car you may have your license suspended.
