Q: Who do I talk to concerning a person who committed perjury under oath to get a stalking no contact order granted?
On 7-18-2016 this lady went to court & lied to the judge & said that I was stalking her. I was also present that day in court & I told the judge she was lying & upset because her friends who happen to be my neighbors @ the time. Got put out by the park or moved out on their own for assaulting me & calling me racial slurs. The whole incident pertaining to the assault was captured by my home security cameras. Which resulted in my former neighbors getting arrested on 4-28-2016. Since then I have been harassed & lied on heavily by my former neighbors friends who still stay there in the park. The judge scheduled a date for a hearing on 8-8-2016 & told us to stay away from each other. This lady went back to the courthouse on 8-1-2016 & began to lie to a judge & say that I was stalking her by going to her house & taking pictures of her & her kids. The judge denied her an emergency order that day. On 8-8-2016 she had her family members lied to the judge on her behalf to gain the order.
A: The judge determines the credibility of the witnesses. If the judge ruled against you, he/she may not have believed you. That does not mean the other party is guilty of perjury. If you are being stalked by the other party, you may seek such an order.
A: About all you can do is craft additional court orders. Assuming these people have no significant money, suing them will only cost you money, get you a piece of paper saying they owe you that you will never collect on. So yes, you can sue them but it makes no sense.
