No HR department this was reported to the VP. As of 12/1/16 I am being taken off salary and made hourly stating the new FLSA law my wages does not qualify me to be salary when all other employees were taken off salary earlier in the year and allowed overtime. A: You should really give a lawyer a call so they can refer you for an intake interview. It's hard to tell from this one paragraph whether you have anything actionable, but a hostile work environment can become a legal problem for those who create it.
