Q: CAN YOU HELP me with 'pro bono' advise when a judge refused me a trial and i was awarded sole custody of my children?
I HAVE NO HISTORY of violence or anything... no abuse to my wife or children but somehow my wife who i detect is bipolar and her sister reported me to two CPS agencies of sacramento and placer of molestation... but they were caught lying... but they got attorneys who built a false case against me and knowing my financially stressed could not pay for court-ordered counselling and 'supervised visitation' so i could only see my son 13 and daughter 10 who love their father (and by the way in our family we have no history of violence addictions no adultery on my side etc) we have only had paid one hour visits 3 hours in 5 months... this is extreme separation from children... and both CPS agencies said 'its not the father but 'coaching' by the mother and aunt... the judge refused me a trial when i asked on 15nov2016... hope you can help
A: I recommend you take advantage of the free resources, self-help divorce/ custody books, and court forms at your local law library and available online at courts.ca.gov. The best first step is an Initial Consultation with an Attorney. You can read more about me on my law practice website.
