A: This question presupposes (assumes) that wife may come back and that husband actually has some sort of choice in the matter. If so, this is more of and personal life choice question than a legal one. However, if it were my choice, I think I would consult with a local family law attorney about separation and eventual divorce and move on with my life. But that's just me. One thing is for certian, while it is good to seek input this is something you will ultimately have to decide for yourself if your wife doesn't decide for you.
