Q: Filed Motion to Stay custdy MOJO-have Perm Custdy Order hearing soon I objectd draft how can get infront of judge before

I Filed a Motion to Stay and a Motion to Dismiss and a Motion for Attorney Fees. These were all in reference to a Permanent custody hearing in November in which my attorney w/drew the morning of, with my consent, just didn't get off before. Still thought naively may be continued. And there was 13hr case before us. the Plaintiff, filed custody after filed child support. Prior to filing for custody, he'd given $100. At Temp Cust Hearing child-20 mo. At the November Perm Cust Hearing, Plntf misled to believe we'd be dismissing &settling out of court that morning. Obv I was misled not prepared for trial &attorney brought nothing-I motion to continue-denied. My attorney advised me to take deal of 50/50 that it didn't matter if I presented case or not-judge would give him 50/50 anyway. I decide to do trial.after 8 hours manipulated to sign consent MOJO w/o looking at. Now I have Perm Custdy Order hearing next week&I objectd to perm order draft-how can get infront of judge before w/motions?

A: I have no idea why your attorney withdrew and moreover why you'd consent to it. If you can't afford an attorney, I can understand that and you'll just have to continue muddling through on your own - these issues are far too complex for us to help you in any meaningful way in a forum like this. However, if you can afford an attorney - you need to hire one ASAP. You clearly have no idea what you are doing and freely admit you not only got suckered with a dismissal ploy but signed a consent order without reading it. It is likely that if you continue on by yourself - you can expect more of the same results.
