Q: My car was parked and I got hit by a lady and she is saying a car hit her what do I do ?

Her insurance don't want to pay for the damage or rental for my car , and she don't got proof of the car hitting my car and she got no information of the other car nothing at all and her insurance don't want to pay for anything

A: Well, if the other insurance doesn't show substantial damage to her car, you may file a complaint with the insurance commissioner. First get estimates of your damage. I assume there is a police report--get a copy. You want to see what she said then, not what she told her insurance. If you have collision run it through that and let them go after her--you were parked, you aren't at fault, your rates should not go up. That's what you have collision for.
