Q: Can the feel of what keeps me physically disabled, be classified as violation of the 5th and 14th Amendment.
I believe that it is a Toxic Chemical keeping my Physically Disabled and when I try to prove this, the proof is gone, like in my own Medical Records, I looked for a clue. I found that the diseases I have can come from a Toxic, but this has never been said. its like they told me, but at the same time they have not, protecting themselves from legal approach. Also can I classify what is recently been given me: Medical Underlying Conditions, as an acknowledgement of these toxics? For them to know what has me sick, physically disabled and constantly, be considered as some kind of control over me? This is how I feel! They can almost count on me to become sick.
A:
This case seems like a difficult case to prove causation in, however, the first step to anything in this, is to send all of your healthcare providers duly executed HYPPA AZs requesting copy of ALL MEDICAL RECORDS FROM ALL DATES. They will then send you an invoice and once you pay it, and it is only copying fees, you will be send what is called a "CERTIFIED COPY" of your medical records. At this point, you can contact my office, or a litany of other attorneys who practiced this type of law and have them review the medical records for you to see if you potentially have a case; if you do, many firms like ours take this sort of matter on a "contingency fee" basis, meaning if we collect, you get two thirds and the firm gets one third. Firms also charge costs and expenses on these cases, but for all intents and purposes, we make nothing unless you collect.
I hope that was of help and please feel free to contact the undersigned if you have anymore questions,
