Q: I am currently divorced, need to file a motion to adjust certain situations and need advice, please help

I am currently divorced, the father of the child is not making the payments that are on the paper stated. Recently some situations occurred where I feel safety for my daughter. Currently I am suppose to receive $577 for child support along with 73% for dance expenses. He thinks that he should not pay more than $300 a month. Recently he gotten a promotion and still doesn't want to pay more. Can the courts reduce the amount he is required to pay? what can I do to make sure he does what the court orders. Also on behalf filling out the motion I have several questions that I would like to adress, was told that whatever evidence I provide for the judge I have to provide to him as well? Thanks in advance
