A: Yes, for a month. Then what? Move out where? With you? Will she have health insurance? A job? Income? Finish her education? She will be an adult when she is 18, and can make her own decisions, good or bad, and live with the consequences of her own mistakes. Perhaps her mother has good reasons for not wanting her to leave yet, and 17 year olds don't want to listen to their parents.
