Q: Q: What if a 15year old has sexual relations with an 18yearold but both of the parents give consent, is it still illegal

Would it still be illegal because both parents are perfectly ok with it

A: Not only is it still illegal, its also wrong and immoral. Just because you "think" the parents all approve does not make anything right or legal. Parents may be able to give consent to minor's to marry but they cannot give consent to statutory rape. An 18 year old having sex with a 15 year old is committing statutory rape. Please date guys and girls above the age of consent. A 15 year old has not even finished going through puberty and has just started high-school. An 18 year old should be out of high-school and either in college or joining the work force. Be smart. Stay away from jail-bait.
