Saint Jacob, IL asked in Divorce and Child Support for Illinois

Q: My ex husband was ordered to pay our child education money every semester while in college. He has not done so.

What type of lawyer is needed to handle this? And does this need to be handled in the county in which it was ordered? Ordered in Lawrence County Illinois.
