A: "City Jail" or "Private Jail" is when someone gets approval from a court to do jail at a local police department's jail instead of county jail. You can search online or call your local police department and find out if they do this. If they do, they usually have strict policies, for example, no violent offenders, or maybe no medical problems. Also, they charge per day, which varies but may be around $100 per day or more.

A: IF THE CRIME IS IN CALIFORNIA YOU WOULD TO GET YOUR LAWYER TO TALK TO PROBATION OR THE COURT.

IT IS NOT AUTOMATIC..............OJ FOR INSTANCE WAS JUST RELEASED AND WANTS TO MOVE TO FLORIDA BUT THEIR DO NOT WANT HIM.
