Q: my daughter has owned her trailer and land for 30 years. Here husband left 20 years ago, is back and wont leave even

though she evicted him.Police said she cant do that as they are married. She has paid all the taxes and quiet titled the house.

A: It sounds like your daughter needs to speak with a divorce attorney. Your question also does not say if the land is only in your daughters name only or both.

However, if there is marital discord, she needs to start with that issue and work her way through the other issues as they come up.

A: I agree with Attorney Williamson, only to add that she needs to get a restraining order if the reason she wants him out is that she is in danger.
