Harrisburg, PA asked in Lemon Law for Pennsylvania

Q: I purchased a car that is defective yesterday how can I get the dealer to take it back?

I purchased a car yesterday from a dealer who disclosed the car made a noise when in park , i immediately took it to the mechanic who told me it would be 3000 or more to fix. i did some digging and found out this is a common issue with the car that even has a class action lawsuit against the maker. I tried to get him to take the car back but he refused saying i got it as is. there has to be something i can do this is all my savings.

A: He tells you it makes a noise. You buy it nonetheless. Sounds like it's on you. My only suggestion is file a complaint with whoever licenses car dealers--not sure if that'd be DOT or Secretary of State.
