Q: Help
Parents passed citizenship test and are currently waiting oath ceremony..only problem is they been waiting over two years now..just recently received a letter about waiting a decision for a an initial penalty of $1000 for adjusting status ..they never received any letter before applying for citizenship process and passed with flying colors...and now their case is on hold...they keep calling and even go to the USCIS with an info pass to ask and they never get a straight forward answer...what can they do ?
