Q: My daughter who is disabled wants to divorce her husband. She has four kids of which two are his.

Her and the kids live with me because she has limited funds. They have been separated for five years, he has never paid child support and has a two yr old child by another woman. Can my daughter get a divorce pro bono

A: Are you asking if your daughter can get a pro bono attorney? She might be able too. I think you can contact the Chicago Bar Association or the Cook County Clerk's office for a list of organizations that do pro bono work.
