Q: Is stealing my pics of me and posting them with defamating remarks on her personal Instagram a pursuable legal issue?
Local girl cyber attacking my 20 year old daughter and has now begun to include me by stealing my images taken of me and by me and posting them on her Instagram page with nasty remarks and possibly dangerous details such as my home address as well as my daughter's. I NEED this to stop. Daughter suffers anorexia, both of us have anxiety disorder, and I am "in the spectrum" and this is horrific.
