Q: I was a passenger in an auto accident and looking for attorney to sue other driver that hit our car. I have injuries.
I was a passenger in an auto accident in Mission Bay lot in Boca Raton. I recovered from the driver where I was sitting but not from the other driver that hit us, a 90 year old podiatrist from Oneonta, NY who said he did not see us and my driver, henry stein said he thought he cleared the other car but he was coming in fast and could not see us.

If you were injured then you need to seek immediate medical treatment and also contact a local personal injury firm like ours to handle this case for you.

A: I agree with Attorney Berman. You need to contact a personal injury attorney in your area.
A: There may be a cause of action against the other driver if the other driver was negligent in some manner. You already collected from the insurance company for the vehicle that you occupied. Because of this, the insurance company for the other driver may question or challenge the liability or fault part of your case. Consult with a local automobile accident attorney. Most personal injury attorneys will provide you with a free consultation. If the police officer did not issue a traffic citation to the other driver, the insurance company may be tougher to deal with.
