Q: I'm 17 years old I Pay my own bill for everything and have $400 extra each month and feed my self can I get adult rights

I work and I pay my phone bill gas money insurance and my own clothes and everything on my own with out my parents I can afford my self to get what I need to live on and I even feed my self my bills all together add around 250 I normal get $470 every paycheck every two weeks and my bill come out of my first check for insurance and to support my self would I be able to get adult rights against my parents to move out and take of my self if I move in with someone or get a apartment which I can afford both if I add all my bills together if I were to get apartment I would have $250 left each month including the month money I put in my savings account and I'm able to feed my self and go to school and pay my bills what would I haft to do to get this rights
