Q: I was backing out of a parking space I was rear ended. They won't take responsibility, and was at fault. I have Proof.
I had backed out to a point my front wheels were at the back of the car next to me. I have a 2011 SUV big enough to be seen at that point. to any on coming cars or trucks. It was a very wide driveway enough where if a car was impatient or just in a hurry, it still had room to go around without a problem, or even blow, I was half way into the driveway, meaning all of my suv was out there except my front end the rest was in the drive through, of course I looked to see if any car was coming, I didn't want to get hit, THERE WAS NO CAR COMING..I don't no where the other driver came from unless she was parked in the carport behind me across the way. She hit my bumper and did damage, as far out as I was, had she been watching, being security she would have STOPPED. When she hit me I got out looked and yes I got upset, she came around and said, U hit me, I said what No. what were u doing, u did no see me as far out as my car is. So I started walking around fussing about it. Got Pictures. HELP
