A: Worker's compensation cases are much different than typical personal injury accidents off of the job like a car accident. The ability to collect money beyond the lost wages and bills are usually set by some kind of schedule or cap. A: If someone else is at fault you can file suit against them, though understand emotional injuries are disfavored by the law and you will get more traction--and a bigger award--by focussing on your physical injuries, any scarring, etc. Pa workers comp should cover you for psychological treatment, but again much depends on what it is.
