Q: can my ex walk out on me ,the kids and then. come back when ever she feels like it.

she has had her own place since leaving us. its been a yr and she refuse to take her name off the lease on our house, she comes and goes and controls everything I do.its like she can do it but i cant go to her house. she is very controlling and abusive mentally and emotionaly . we have section 8 pay the rent her at 2400 its off her income. she took both working cars until one broke left me with another that the regerstation has been expired with no tags since feb of last year. we also have guardainship of two boys which she recieves add for. she came today saying she wishes i die and im just a burden on the kids and everyone else. i have a total of six kids and she doesnt help support them . she got me fired ,plus im on medical injury in which i cant us my arm she is abusive so can she just come back into our house when ever she likes plus have her own.

A: Are you two married? If so, file for divorce. If you are not married, file a parentage action and request orders for custody and support.
