Q: Who do I report the Nevada County assistant District attorney to for official misconduct he is padding charges

He was brought in on charges having a gun in his possession as a felon having ammo on his possession as a felon they charging him with burglary of his own residence and they refused to acknowledge he has no criminal record also they refused to acknowledge that it's his residence even with his girlfriend telling them that he lives there with her and she's on the lease he's been living there for over 2 months now. during pulmonary hearing 2 officers from Grass Valley PD were falsifying statements of events that occurred on the night of the arrest nothing that they said coincide with what was written in the arrest report and he was arrest on 07 25. 2017 8 p.m was booked on 07 26 2017 3 a.m. and he did not get his pulmonary hearing until the 8th and his public defender refused to do his job was postponed until the 10th they are trying to get my brother on 3 Strikes illegally here are his charges by penal code 422, 459, 245 (A)(2), 30305(A)(1),29800(A)(1). first he had no Bondnowits100,000
