Q: In a florida civil court judgment is there a specific method of payment to plaintiff?

Contractor told to stop work due to collusion with claim adjuster placed fraudulent lien on home and was awarded a summary judgment with no specified method of payment, but attorney refused to accept check from insurance company payable to plaintiff wanted check payable to himself yet court record did not instruct defendant to do so.
