Q: backing out of a parking spot slowly because i couldn't see I was half way when I was hit by a moving car whos at fault

Im in the state of Florida I was leaving school backing out of a parking spot slowly because i couldnt see anything because a truck beside me but as I was half way out of the spot almost wear my driver window was even with the back of the truck when I was hit from a moving vehicle driving through the parking lot the parking lot is about or almost 2 lanes wide whos at fault car backing out or both or car driving forward

A: No really a way to say or declare who is at fault from the facts that you describe. Typically the driving who has clear visibility is considered to have a greater chance to avoid an accident (ie: driver of the other car), but again I cannot state or predict the at fault driver.
