Q: If my ex missed 3 out of 7 visits will the judge grant him more visitation. Also do i have to keep reminding him
If i tell the judge that he always forgets his visits and ask to be reminded and he missed 3 out 7 will the judge grant him more visits and if i tell the judge i want to have supervised visits remain at my moms with her as the supervisor because he has a cps case with his girl friend and a domestic violence case with her will the judge look in to it?
A: If he can't keep up with the current visitation schedule, it is unlikely the court will give him more. Whether anything you request is considered by the judge in making his/her decision, depends in part on how you present your evidence. For advice on how to do that properly, I recommend you consult with an attorney in your area.
