Q: Can i take the back child support my dad owes and put it in my name?
Ok so im 23 n When i was little my grandparents took care of me my mom has always been a drug addict and when i turned 10 we moved away from my grandparents i belive my mom and them had a falling out and she moved me into her alcoholic boyfriends house and from that point on i took care of my self even babysat neighborhood kids and stole from gas stations and stores to feed myself and then she had my little brother and i took care of him to till i was 17 i droped out of high school moved in with my boyfriend and got a job. My dad worked for cash for years and avoided paying child support well now hes on disability and there taking the child support he owed on me and giving it to her and she gives me none of it she claims its hers and she raised me but she didnt is there anyway i can get it put into my name or just get it stoped all together? All shes doing is spending it on drugs and i could really use it to help out with my son please i need some help i dont know what else to do
