Q: What can a person do if they didn't take my insurance 2 months ago after I hit their car! And now asking me to pay it

Said he wanted to fix car but car hasn't worked in a year for his wife to get out his truck now sayin he will 2000 on trade in value so he wants 2000 and he wants to scrap the car but he never took my insurance the day of the accident it's been 2 months since I heard from the guy until today saying he wants his money cause he is losing trading value of a car that don't run or registered

A: You owe him cost of repairing the damage you did or the total loss value, whichever is less. If you want to contest it tell him you will pay cost of fixing what you did. If that is less than 2000, offer that. If it's more than 2,000 you may be getting a deal.

A: PS not sure what you mean didn't take insurance. Did your company reject coverage? If you have coverage, then turn it over to them--they have the adjusters, appraisers etc.
