A: If you are the defendant, it depends on whether or not the opposing party satisfied the burden for an inquest. If you are the plaintiff, your case is likely dismissed, but without prejudice… Meaning you can bring it again. Next time I would hire an attorney for a small fee and send him her to go to court for you.
