Q: I signed a two year lease at my condominium in Fl, new manager is now saying it's not valid and it's fraud?

I signed a two year lease with my old manager, they now have a new manager who served me a 7 day to cure saying the 2 year lease is not valid and it is fraud. Is this true

A: No way to saybwithout firat reviewing the terms of the lease.

I suggest that you need to consult with a tenant attorney in your area asap to get specific advice regarding the terms of your two year lease.

A: That sounds strange. I'm not sure how you could cure a "fraudulent" lease when the fraud is on their end. Did they provide you with a new lease to sign? I agree with my colleague, you will need to consult with an attorney to determine your next steps. Best of Luck! Jennifer
