Q: If my boyfriend decided to record our conversations that took place in our bedroom, is it
an invasion of my privacy? Can I sue him as a result? Also if his friends have hacked into my cellphone to obtain private information and set up fake websites, like fake Google, can I build a case of intrusion upon seclusion for the mental anguish that I'm experiencing as a result? Can I also build a case against Tmobile for assisting him with codes and Google for negligence by linking my account or access to my account with him?
