Q: What are the chances of me getting full custody of my son and getting supervised visits with his father?
I separated from my sons father three years ago. Son has lived with me 100% of the time. See's fathers family once a month or when is convenient for them. Child Support in effect. But he quit his job. Previous domestic violence. Restraining order expired. I believe he is in use of drugs or is not in his right mind. And is currently harrasing me.

i think you need to bring the harassment to the attention of law enforcement.
men often use the custody issue asking for 100% custody to get out of support payments.....
like many legal questions it is difficult to answer in the abstract without more facts.
i would write down a summary of the facts with copies of court documents and make an appt with a family law specialist.
