Q: If i file a petition for my wife so how can i add my son as derivate?

I am here as a green card holder since 2016 and i got married my long time girlfriend with whom i got a son of 7 yrs and the derivative to the petition i knew it by the lawyer. I didn't get the right answer ftom anyone whom i talk to so i expect a bona fide pathway from you to proceed.
