Q: I have a domestic violence case.

Hi, I have a domestic violence case. I have also a restriction order to my ex, which we did not live together for 2 years after that incident happened. After that 2 years we talked about what happened and I have decided giving him another opportunity. He have a 1 year old baby. And when we decided having again a relation ship I decided not going forward for my U visa, but my lawyers have been calling me to keep going with my case that's already in process for the U visa. I don't know what to do in this case in would like to have an answer from a lawyer who knows better that I.

i think you need to talk to an immigration lawyer as i do not deal with u visa's.

u have a lawyer who knows all the facts............discuss in depth with him/her
