Q: I put my house for sale with a real estate company 3 days ago I have not received my contract back.

I listed my home through a friend of mine where she works as a realtor since then she disappeared I also looked up the company's reputation it is bad I sent them an email this morning that I want my contract broken and everything also on my listing is wrong what can I do?

A: First step is to have your contract reviewed by a real estate attorney in your area to determine what can or needs to be done based upon the written document that you signed.

No way to give advice without first seeing the contract.

A: Hire an attorney to help break the contract so that you can list with someone else interested in doing the job.
