Lake Saint Louis, MO asked in Real Estate Law and Arbitration / Mediation Law for Missouri

Q: I recently purchased a home. now we are have major problems...

We had a home inspection, radon, sewer lateral inspection, and gas inspection. We closed and moved in on 9/1/17, it hasn't even been a full three months. Since moving in we've had our garage door break, ac went out, we had to snake one drain stack due to it being full of roots, our master sink was leaking (who knows how long) through the floor into a crawl space that we didn't know was there, the gutters need to be fixed, valves had to be replaced in order to actually hook up a washer, and most recently our back family room (I believe it was an addition) is leaking through the roof after a storm. Insurance can out and said the roof shingles looks new but the decking underneath is completely rotten. After this we also found a metal fireplace hid behind a wall. Our inspector actually came to look at our house twice, the second time looking at the crawl space and roof specifically. Our real estate agent said there's nothing she can do.

Is there any legal action we can take somewhere?
