Q: What can you do, what do I do?...

I was in a car accident while driving a car registered to a family member didn't know they had no car insurance they said it was my car and my license was taken for not having insurance on my car which was actually theirs and registered to them I didn't know about my license being taken I had moved out of state but had paid all my tickets was pulled over two years later when I came back to state after healing from car accident was told I had suspended license and they took my license said I had to figure out what was wrong but they had a record my license was suspended by the court now I drove to store and was pulled over no license they said that my license was suspended because of the time I was pulled over for not paying the ticket that said I had no license what to do now I have a court date that I have to attend or get a warrant with no way to get there worried not sure what to do.

A: Absolutely no way to say without reviewing the case file. Since you have a Hearing date already set. You need to get offline and into an attorney’s office ASAP and hire an attorney to look into all of this and start getting it corrected.
