Q: How much does a divorce cost if both parties agree to divorce.

Both parties want a divorce there are no children involved assets have already been agreed upon and divided. Is it possible to go file for divorce without a lawyer. Both parties agree to not wanting a lawyer. How much would this cost?

A: If both parties agree to all the terms and there are no conflicts or issues to address, some firms like ours will simply charge to do the dissolution forms and instruct you both to file in court. The cost for a flat rate is $1500.00. Good luck.
